Ingleside Vineyards is one of the oldest and largest wineries in Virginia. It is part of a 3,000 acre estate which has been owned by the Flemer family for over one hundred years. Charles H. Flemer purchased Ingleside in 1890 and today one of his great-great grandsons is proprietor of Ingleside Vineyards.

We grow many European grape varieties, a few hybrids and of course the historic American grape Norton, originally discovered in Richmond. As a Virginia Farm Winery we are permitted to sell directly to our customers - a little like buying from the farmer's market. Sample our unique offerings in our gift shop and tasting room. Employment Resources Incorporated (ERI) provides teenagers and young adults with the Education, Transition Services, and Workforce Training, they need to reach their personal and professional goals. THE GLADYS H. OBERLE SCHOOL The Oberle School, with campuses in the City of Fredericksburg and Town of Montross, is designed for middle and high school students who are not achieving to their potential. The majority of our students are placed with us because they are functioning behind grade level and/or lack the social skills necessary to succeed in the public school setting. Employment Resources Incorporated opened The Gladys H. Oberle School, the region's first alternative, special education day school in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1991. A second campus was opened in Montross, Virginia in 2003. Both campuses are licensed to operate by the Virginia Department of Education and are accredited through the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Education Facilities. We specialize in serving middle and high school students with Serious Emotional Disturbances, Specific Learning Disabilities, Mild Mental Retardation, and Other Health Impairments. However, any student experiencing difficulty in the traditional public school setting will be considered for enrollment.
